These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pandora88 website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Pandora88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and accessible at pandora88.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

This Agreement applies to all users of the Platform regardless of their country of access, though it is specifically designed with Malaysian players in mind. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Membership on the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Company enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, net of any winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Multiple registrations by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register. It is the Member's responsibility to determine whether access to the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on any gambling platform, and that you are not accessing the Platform against the terms of any self-exclusion programme you have enrolled in.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and primary contact number. You must update your Account details promptly if any of the above information changes.

The Company reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, the Company may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools or artificial intelligence systems to access or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities — whether in game software, payment processing, bonus crediting or odds calculation — for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and may be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or coordinated wagering activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financially unlawful purpose.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds or software from the Platform without express written authorisation from the Company.
• Creating or using any Account on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to void bets, withhold withdrawals and close Accounts where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, pending the outcome of any internal investigation.

Pandora88 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. The Company does not accept third-party deposits.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard. The Company does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically feasible. Before any withdrawal is approved, the Member must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership where required.

The Company targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawal processing times depend on network congestion and are outside the Company's direct control.

• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Withdrawals may not be processed to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account without additional verification.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days where fraud, money laundering or Terms violation is under active investigation.
• Real Money Balances not transacted upon (no deposits, wagers or withdrawals) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are subject to inactivity review. Members will be notified by email prior to any action being taken on dormant accounts.

All bonuses, promotional offers and loyalty rewards offered by Pandora88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, wagering contributions differ by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
• Welcome Bonus: New Member welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, IP address or payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different registration details will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Each promotion specifies the minimum qualifying deposit required to activate the relevant bonus. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger bonus crediting.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not actioned within the validity period specified in the promotion description will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without replacement.
• Maximum Withdrawable Winnings from Bonuses: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived using bonus funds. Where a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion terms.
• Company Discretion: The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses granted in error will be voided and the Member will be notified accordingly.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections prior to confirming any bet. The Company will not accept cancellation requests for correctly placed bets after confirmation.

Odds for sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UFC events and international football — are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or settled at the Company's discretion in the event of delays, match abandonment or data feed interruption. Void bets will have the relevant stake returned to the Member's account.

All casino games and slot titles available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be reversed following settlement.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or communication failure during a gaming session, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake. Any winnings derived from an identifiable system error are void regardless of whether they have been credited to the Member's balance.

Pandora88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligation to minimise the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account with immediate effect in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal conduct;
• Violation of the single-account policy or detection of duplicate registration;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements upon request;
• Detection of collusion, bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

Where an Account is closed for cause, the Company will conduct a reasonable investigation before determining the disposition of any balance. Balances associated with fraudulent conduct or Terms violations may be forfeited. Real Money Balances not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following the conclusion of the investigation.

Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pandora88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Pandora88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal data is used to operate and manage your Account, process financial transactions, comply with legal obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you regarding your Account and applicable promotions. The Company does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Member and the Company shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is the Member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
